jQuery Fixed Dropdown Menu

We are looking to ad a fixed bar to the top of all the websites in our network. As a part of this bar, we would like to have a drop-down menu that lists the various sites in our network. In terms of appearance, we are looking for something similar to the bar found on http://www.yootheme.com/demo/joomla. We are not looking to utilize the "color change" options of this example, but rather something similar to the effect where if someone mouses over the name of one of the sites in the drop-down,...
