drupal or esvon classifieds website development

I am a graphic designer and I am wanting to outsource a drupal website. I can do the design but would like someone else to build it. I am happy to do ongoing changes and updates once the site has been created.
The site needs to have a similiar layout and functionality as http://www.gumtree.com.au/
My client has an existing site in Esvon and the data from this exisiting site will need to be transferrred and bought across to the new site once the site design and layout is finalised.
