Small Wordpress Website Fixes

I am trying to password protect certain pages of my site. Users can register and then we approve them manually. I'm using the plugin "wp-members" to do this. I need a few things done to get this working the way I like.
-I want the registration process to take place on its own page, not in line on any page. If they try to access a protected page, it should ask them to login or there should be a "Click here to register" link.
-The registration form is not spaced correctly. The field descriptions are offset from the actual fields.
-I would like a "Forgot your password?" under the login fields.
-I would like a small "Login or Logout" link in the upper right hand corner that works.
-After I finish the site in a few weeks, I need to migrate it over to www.firesprint.com instead of firesprint.net. You can provide instructions on this if it's simple and I can do it so we can close the project before I actually finish.
