Hello I would like someone with HTML, PHP, CSS, and form creation ability to create a small web site for me for an events coordination company. This site will have an image gallery. The gallery should use a container/directory as a place where the user can dump the pictures to appear on the site. The site will also require a form with CAPTCHA.
