Setup Streaming Video from Amazon S3

I am looking for a developer to set up video streaming from my amazon S3 account to my website. I have .flv, .AVI, and .mp4 files that need to be streamed.
I am looking for someone to do the coding on my website and set up the videos. I have already set the amazon S3 and cloudfront up so that videos can be streamed.
If you are familiar with this type of coding, the job should only take 5 – 8 hours.
