Ruby or Jacascript program to scrape websites

I need you to write a Ruby or Javascript program that will scrape data from my jobs on oDesk. The end goal is to export the data to a spreadsheet, because that's how I want to work with the data.
* I need to export all the people who applied for one of my jobs on oDesk into a spreadsheet
* I will send you the exact columns I am looking for in a csv file (e.g. name, oDesk rating, etc.)
* You need to use Ruby or Javascript but can use your HTML parsing library of choice
