Re-skin Ecommerce Store

I have original PHP files for a website, www.icarkits.com, as well as PDF+PSD (no layers) image files of what I would like the site to look like. There is no additional functionallity but you will need to look at existing code so you can hook to the DB in the same way and present the same data.
I would like the new pages to be optimized to load fast, and be tested on multiple popular browsers to ensure they load correctly. Mobile does not matter it will be a different project.
