Plesk to WHM Migrations
I am looking at purchasing a web hosting business that has their accounts running on a Plesk server (on one of these servers here: http://mediatemple.net/webhosting/dv/ )
I will be wanting (if I go through the business purchase) to migrate these accounts over to a VPS (WHM 11.30.5 (build 6))
Note: I do not personally own a licence for cpanel – the VPS is through another provider.
The amount of accounts is approximately 60.
There are approximately 12 that have ssl’s (and dedicated IP’s).
I am wanting someone who has experience with this specific scenario – Plesk 10.3 to WHM migration.
Can you please inform me of:
- 1. The cost of doing this?
- 2. The time frames involved in migrating 60 accounts (and thoroughly testing each account once migrated)?
- 3. What sort of testing do you do once the account has been migrated to the VPS?
- 4. Specifically (in dot points) what information you need me to provide to you, in order for you to carry out the whole migration (start to finish)?
I am not looking for the cheapest provider; I am looking for the provider that will be able to do the whole migration, without the clients experiencing any issues.
