PHP web service developer

Develop a PHP web service that receives data and stores into a MySQl database.
- Integrate with Oauth 2.0 server library.
- Accept JSON data
- Provide REST based interface
- Store data from JSON object into MySQL columns
- Implement PHPUnit for unit testing
- Provide documentation on setting up on a LAMP server
- provide results on number of records received and whether there are any errors with data.
