Node.JS web app using Neo4J

I'm looking for a good web developer to build the prototype of a recruitment web app from scratch using a social graph DB who has strong background in the following:
-Programming language: Javascript on the client and node.js on the server.
-Database: Mongodb. Neo4J a plus but not essential.
If you meet this criteria either as an individual or working with an associate separating the server side and front end work, I'd be keen to interview you and/or discuss in more detail.
