Mobile Stylesheet & Increase Website Speed
I want the stylesheet created for mobile phones so when users are on their phones the website displays a plain white background of low kb's and they cannot see the background on the website which will be reduced.
We want to reduce the current background from 2.2MB to 600kb which should speed up the loading time of the website.
Also if you have knowledge on how we can increase the speed of the website using caching plugins...
