Joomla Developer for Form Fix

I am looking for a web developer to fix a form on my Joomla designed web page, this job should take no longer than 1-2 hours. Basically just change the flow of the form on the front page of, www.myultimatecardeal.com
We are looking for someone to fix our main form on our website, and possible more jobs in the future.
