Drupal expert for a german project needed

We are looking for somebody who is experienced in Drupal (resp. OpenAtrium) to extend an intranet system for our customer. The system is in German, so you should understand a little bit of German, because we cannot change the language of the system as our customer needs it.
Particularly we need a function which makes it possible that a specific user group is able to insert some data and a date. Another group should be able to compare the data based on the date.
