Adjust very simple screen scraper in PHP

The project is about adjusting a very simple PHP scraper to extract postings off a new website.
Task:
The provided code has to be adjusted to scrape postings found here:
http://unu.edu/about/hr/employment
If you want to reuse/change/add any of the static (provided) functions, feel free to do that. Please do not add other frameworks/classes etc. before you ask.
Please read and observe the specs as outlined in the code (go to Detail Requirements). If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If this project is done well, more (and similar) jobs will follow.
